Uncertain: Does this occur in the premenstrual time frame? During menses? Any possibility of pregnancy? Any association of sxs w starting use of Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone)?  Depo -provera (medroxyprogesterone) can cause cramps, breast pain, chest pain,  feeling tired or weak ; drowsiness.

took a preg test. negative. still having sore/tingly boobs. & fullness of stomach like in gonna vomit. am i preggo? wait to take another test?

Negative test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. See a doctor to discuss irregular periods.

Nausea : These symptoms require more information to provide a firm recommendation. Most concerning is to rule out that it is a heart condition.   Usually, heart conditions are worse with activity and are associated with shortness of breath. This may be inflammation of the stomach, gall bladder or pancreas.

Have U been checked?: Your "stomach pain" can be caused by lots of things &amp; may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do."  Your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, exact location, associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating) of your pain to better direct the next appropriate testing.

Maybe: Whatever it is , it is all through your family. Could be just a virus. Chest tightness can be viral, wheezing, or pneumonia. If you continue with tightness you  need to be seen.

aching pain at ruq (below the breast) usually after a meal. 2 weeks ago i had a stomach flu,diarrhoea and vomiting but recovered. seen doctor and gave me lactogg probiotics for one moth, been second week on probiotics. is there a concern?

: Pain in the right upper quadrant after meal often leads us to the suspicion of gallbladder issues, notably gallstone(s). This pain is likely not related to the viral gastroenteritis you had 2 weeks ago or side effect of probiotics but I could not rule out entirely because I hate to make the diagnosis of 2 different GI conditions in a short period of time. Why don't you hold probiotics for now?
