Lip issue: Dryness of the lip can definitely contribute to your lips getting cracked and cut on. Without further history, i cannot tell you more. Making sure you apply ample lip lubrication is important to prevent further dryness and chapping.

i have intermittent numb lips top & bottom but only in the corner plus slight lip immobility. also intermittent  numbness slight pain on my chin & tingling above my lip. all left side. i also have swollen parotid and temple. what could cause this?

Facial nerve: Since a portion of the facial nerve exits near the parotid gland, I assume that parotid gland pathology may play a role in your facial symptoms. I feel that collaboration between an Otolaryngologist and neurologist is the best way of getting both diagnosis and treatment options for your problem.

say i bend over to pick something up, i get a sudden sharp pain at the top of my head that causes me to flinch & goes away as soon as i straighten again. what could this mean/be? it often happens when i bend over & even when i sit to use the bathroom?

I suggest that you keep journal of your headache and visit your MD or a neurologist.

Not necessarily: Having your lips turn dark, or "blue" is more a sing of oxygen deprivation, that can occur in asthma or copd/emphysema, and or any other reason you would be lacking in oxygen (breathing issues most commonly) causing a cyanosis to occur.  If this happens often, see a dr. For an evaluation.  Best wishes.

May be lip eczema: Persistent dry bumpy lips can be lip eczema, which may be treated like skin eczema, using hydrocortisone cream (twice a day for 1 week) plus Vaseline or Aquaphor to retain moisture. Sometimes lip balm or lip sunscreen chemicals cause an allergic reaction. Other times, a person is a primary lip-licker (it's her habit). Once cracked, lips get irritated by routine foods and juices. A doctor can help.

Leave it alone: It is likely to be oral herpes, or herpes type 1. If will get better in a few days. You may try an over the counter herpes/cold sore remedy.

Cracks edges of lips: This is commonly a yeast infection.  Rarer is a vitamin c deficiency. But by far this is mostly about yeast.

Accepted Answer

Perleche: Most likely it would be perleche, which is also called angular cheilitis. To treat it you can buy Hydrocortisone cream 1% and Clotrimazole cream, mix a small amount of both on the fingers and apply to the rash three times a day for a week or so.
