after waking up (3-4, 30h) i can't seem to fall in to deep sleep. its like im dreaming but not actually sleeping hence i wake up exhausted. why ?

Non restful rest: You may have what is called middle insomnia. However, the only way to really know what is going on with the brain when it is asleep or in a phase between sleep & awake is by use of a polysomnogram (or sleep study). Have you considered a small glass of warm milk upon awakening. The heat creates tryptophan which will help to fall back to sleep.

Multiple options : Detailed sleep history is needed and details on your chills experience is needed including time duration onset sleep cycles and associated symptoms. The possibilities could be related to underlying medical illness that could explain both or related to sleep disorder that could explain one but but not the other. Consult with your doctor. Intelligent question: but it doesn't work like that. Stages of sleep develop, and then start all over a few times every night, and are not usually summed to a whole. But you may need a sleep study. In any case, check with a professional about not restful sleep.

Not unusual: The average adult will sleep no longer than 4 hours without alerting &amp; slipping back into deeper sleep. Subsequent alerting periods can occur every 45-90 min or so. Most never remember them because you don't come to full alertness. Many adults need 8+ hrs/night depending n physical or mental activities during the day. A sleep study could sort this out.

Sleep stages: There are historically 5 stages of sleep.  Stage 1 and 2 being light and the rest being deeper.  What it means is that sleep being unconscious, your depth of unconsciousness is deeper.  So theoretically it may take more to wake you up.

Wake days/sleep nite: I would make a conscious effort to never let her sleep more than 2 hours at a time during the day, without at least a five minute period of alertness, before i let her sleep more. After a few days her body will shift her deep sleep to a night pattern.
