Pneumothorax: There is a condition called noisy pneumothorax that can cause this. It is a small pneumothorax on the left. Loud
 popping sounds can occur with certain body positions. It should resolve but you need a chest x-ray.

Internal vs external: Two broad types of hip snapping are more common. Internal snapping of the large psoas tendon that is juxtaposed to the anterior capsule can cause symptomatic internal deep snapping that is often audible to the patient and physician. External snapping hip is generally due to the iliotibial band snapping across the prominence of the femoral greater trochanteric bone. Examination confirms diagnosis.

what would cause my fingers to freeze up and i have to be massaged them to get working again. i hear a popping sound when i get them working?

Please see your GP: Fingers "freezing up" can be a circulation issue, particularly if the skin colour changes, a joint issue if your knuckles and finger joints appear swollen and stiff generally, or a nerve issue especially if there is associated numbness, weakness or pins and needles.
You need to have a face to face consultation with your GP in the first instance to try and work out the cause

Doubt it: If you've had intercourse before it's highly likely your hymen broke at that time. If he was fingering your vagina very hard as you describe it's more likely that he made a small (or large) tear in the lining of your vagina.I would avoid any kind of intercourse or fingering until you feel healed and maybe even want to consider having your doc take a look at it to determine the severity of the tear

Joint popping.: More details are needed to properly answer this.  Provide details of which joint? How do you pop them?  Do they pop on their own? Based on experience from other patients but without your detials, what comes quickly to mind is that you have an obsessive need to "pop" them and your report of pain is really anxiety.
