my urine stream changed and makes a mess bc it hits the side of the bowl now. it goes out instead of down. i'm 21/f and noticed change after bc pills ?

Not certain this: change in stream direction/ strength has a lot to do with hormone pills.  Perhaps the anatomy related to the lack of menstruation, or change in regularity, has affected your sphincter muscle strength?? Or perhaps you have a UTI (urinary tract infection) and has weakened your urethral sphincter?  Do you have other symptoms (pain on urination, murky urine, fever, abdominal cramping)?

Maybe: Urinary tract infections can cause urine that is normal looking, reddish, or cloudy. The urine certainly does not have to be red to mean infection.

See doctor: As long as you are hydrating well you should be urinating fine at your age. So give a good history and see doctor for exam

: Unless you have other urinary bladder symptoms or adhesions in your urethra, it is something that may occasionally occur with a forceful stream. If it's a steady occurrence, I recommend consulting a urologist for evaluation &amp; advice.

Perhaps: weak flow in a female can be due to narrowing of the urethral or weak bladder contractions resulting in a weak flow.  You should see a urologist for evaluation.

Often normal, but...: Urine stream naturally gets weaker as men age, so maybe nothing is abnormal. But it can be due to an enlarging prostate gland, so you should bring it up with your doctor next time you have a routine appointment. If this is new and started suddenly, see a doctor right away. I'm also a bit concerned that you listed pain, itching, and balanitis as Conditions; this could be related to those.

Not necessarily: As long as you have no burning when urinating or have red color (blood?) or other dark color or frequency of urination I see no need to be overly concerned. If you do have any of the above, make an appointment with your family physician. If by "strong" you mean malodorous it could be from the food you eat like asparagus.

my urine has 2 to 3 streams simultaneously.i feel no pain.this started 3 days ago.whats causing this? should i worry?

Spray: It is doubtful there is anything  wrong, especially with no pain and the suddenness.

I might take a warm bath for a little while as there may be some local irritation and also may sure you drink plenty of fluids.  Should it continue then I recommend you see your physician for further care.
Should you develop pain or not be able to urinate then GO to the emergency department.

urine stream sprayin and dribblin then minutes later aftr leaving b/r more drips in pants. problem for months now. causes, advice on correcting?

See a doctor: What you are describing is not normal. You need to see a doctor who will take a full history and perform an exam, then come up with a diagnosis. Good luck.
