is efgr accurate at all? my efgr is "borderline" at 90 but creatinine is totally normal at .7. confused- wouldn't most my age be subnormal then?

See your doctor: You need to see your doctor to have blood work to check for a thyroid disorder and then other tests if the thyroid function is normal.

my normal temperature is 97.5 degrees. should i be concerned if my temp is running 99.5 or does 99.5 mean i have an elevated temperature of 2 degrees and am running a fever?

: For you,that is a temperature elevation,but not an official fever. How this is handled depends on what other symptoms you have,what exposures to illness,and how long it has been. If you have other symptoms or this is continuing, or you've been exposed to an infectious disease, such as Covid (especially if you're not vaccinated), please contact your doctor...if you're not vaccinated, please do so!

A process: Your body runs a fever to change its environment to help it ward off infection.  To elevate the temperature, the body shivers and  does others things to increase the heat internally.  During this process, you will feel cold until the body reaches the effective temperature.

Depends how: You are taking it.  If this is true core temperature, it might be a bit low.  If you are taking it oral or axillary, these determinations tend to be one degree lower than core temp.  If you are doing ok otherwise, no real concern here.

High fever: If your child is running a fever and is on antimalarial medication, the fever may be a symptom of malaria.See your doctor or goto the er asap.

Yes: you could have a strong immune system and fought off one or more viruses, even covid19. There are a lot of other reasons, but if you are 35 and otherwise healthy, and your fevers have ended; then it should be OK. If the picture looks different, see a doctor
