Normal ?: Assuming yellow urine and brow stools, it sounds normal 2 me. A very dark urine in the face of adequate hydration may b due 2 some other reason & u should c u r pcp 4 evaluation.

Urine color: Urine is normally yellow. The color of urine varies with how much fluid you drink. Drink a lot of fluid and your urine will be very light, like the color of water. Don't drink very much and it gets darker yellow, maybe even brown. Certain diseases, most notably hepatitis with jaundice, makes the urine very dark (brownish). If you don't have any other symptoms, you don't need to worry.

Crystals: Especially at a more acid ph, the uric acid that is normally present in the urine precipitates as crystals as it cools. The crystals take some of the yellow tinge (both molecules are aromatic ring systems) and also settle to the bottom.

?Gallbladder: This could possibly be the signs of gallstones, especially tiny stones that can pass out of the gallbladder and temporarily block the liver, making your urine darker.  Back pain often also occurs with gallstones.  Other possibilities include kidney disease or infection, bladder problems or infection.  You need to your doctor to have all of these things checked out.  Good luck!

Dehydration or other: Brandi, Drink a lot of water (at least one glass an hour) for the rest of the day.  Catch a little of the urine in a clear jar after you've done this for 4 hrs.  If it is clear, it is probably not an infection even if it smells strange.  If you shake the jar and the bubbles are yellow, you should get checked, especially if your skin is at all yellow or the whites of your eyes or under your tongue.

Dehydrated?: If your urine is really concentrated, and you are cramping, maybe it is because you are dehydrated.

Urine Coloration: While vitamins like B, C and others are excreted in the urine, B vitamins are best known for enhancing the yellowing of urine.  However, a lack of coloration is not an indication of a deficiency/dependency.   A good balanced diet is the best way to maintain healthy levels of vital amines.  Extra amounts of B/C vitamins are harmlessly excreted.  Be careful with A, D and E as they can accumulate.

Probably normal: female discharge consisting of vaginal and cervical secretions; however, if you have had unprotected sexual intercourse. I would suggest STD screening. Without pain, severe itching or pain on urination, this "sounds" like vaginal/cervical secretions.
