No answer yet.: In a biopsy, the term inconclusive would be used to describe a result that is not independently and reliably diagnostic of the disease process under consideration.  The biopsy may have to be done again, perhaps with a larger sample.

Status post: "Status post" something means that "something" had been done.  For example, s/p biopsy means a biopsy had been done, and s/p bone marrow biopsy means a bone marrow biopsy had been done.

No news...: ...Is usually good news, but i would call the doctors office to verify there wasn't a miscommunication problem and request a copy of the report or a follow-up appointment with your md to review the results and plans for follow-up.

Vascular Ehlers-Dan: If by veds you mean vascular ehlers-danlos syndrome, it is unlikely that a biopsy would be negative.  Genetic testing exists to confirm a suspected diagnosis if the first biopsies were all negative and the index of suspicion is still very high.

Esophagitis concerns: Most esophagitis will likely reflect injury from reflux of stomach contents (gerd) and should typically respond to acid blocker medicines.  If you choose this route and you derive no relief after 2 weeks of acid suppression treatment, then seek medical evaluation since esophagitis may be more severe than anticipated, or due to a variety of non-reflux causes.

Additional study: What tissue was biopsied? What is the suspected diagnosis? Pathologists often do additional study on the specimen to properly assess the changes in tissue and cells. Why the additional stains are being done depends on the findings on examination of initial stains.

Good news: The pathologist didn't find anything worrisome. Clinical correlation is required to explain why you had a big lymph node, if a cause is ever found (which is doubtful). Be glad.

Discrepancy: If the report says four core biopsies, and the doctor who performed the biopsy says five, you should ask the doctor who performed the biopsy to clarify the discrepancy.
