Depends: How high is high? Different labs use different equipment to measure. Statistics are also involved in what's considered normal. In general, elevated t can lead to unwanted facial/body hair, deepening of voice & clitoromegaly in women. In both genders. Too much t can cause 'roid rage, male pattern hair loss, oily skin/acne, increase in blood count & pressure & drop in HDL (good) cholesterol.

Hard to say: Without clinical history it is difficult to interpret labs. H The doctor who ordered the test should be able to explain in detail to you. Nml range for prolactin levels in males is 2-18 ng/ml.In general, the normal range in males is about 270-1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL. Testosterone level normally peaks at about age 20.

Thyroid/testosterone: I am not aware of any link between thyroid and testosterone.
If your thyroid levels are OK you do not need any medication for that. If not your doctor will prescribe the right dosing.
Testosterone  should be normal in a 29 year old man. Please have your doctor order a lab test for this.

DHEAS: DHEAS is a precursor to testosterone.  Even though T is in normal range, it is best to have your DHEAS in normal range also.  Please see an endocrinologist.  He/she will look at the entire picture of hormones and help you.  Peace and good health.

Hyper androgen: The symptoms you describe are due to androgen mediation which may be due to high levels or increased sensitivity ned's androgen levels midcycle.

Very low: Hi. That's a very low testosterone. Did you go through a normal puberty then lose function, or did normal puberty never occur? Do you or did you take anabolic steroids? Many things are possible to explain this. You should see an endocrinologist for an evaluation. I believe your country is civilized and has nationalized healthcare, so it should be possible to get a top notch evaluation. Good luck!

No such units: Hi. Something is wrong there. Testosterone units are ng/dl in America and nmol/l in SI units. There is no such unit as mmd/l. Get a copy of the original lab report; it will have the correct units. In the UK, you use SI units, so I suspect it's nmol/l, nanomoles per liter.

im 18 years old with a 5.5 inch penis and i found out i have a testosterone level of 225 which is very low. could this have shrunken my penis? im sad.

Big expectations: Actually 5.5 inch penis is within average range. Don't compare yourself with well-endowed male models or nude pics.  You are normal!  many women are afraid of a huge penis.  Women like love, romance, and great foreplay. Get your confidence back, and you can accomplish more than the big guys. Size not related to testosterone.  Too much beer kills it, though.
