U mean lft vs rt chf: Rt heart failure is when the rt venticle fails. Volume goes back in to the liver bed abdomen and lower extremities. The lungs are typicqally clear. Left sided failure is when the the lft vent fails . The lungs fill with fluid and the pt becomes very short of breathe. Usually pts have an element of both. Its important to determine which the pt has as treatment differs. Also need to find the cause.

LV failure: Heart failure is a general term used to describe when the heart is not functioning well enough to maintain normal organ function. Left ventricular failure refers specifically to dysfunction of the heart's main pumping chamber, the left ventricle, which is responsible for supplying the body's organs with adequate blood flow to maintain their normal function. Symptoms differ depending on rvsl failur.

Ejection fraction: It is the volume of blood being pumped out of heart with each heart beat.
Hyperdynamic EF could be 2/2 volume depletion (dehydration), Anemia, hyperthyroidism, heart value problems and sometimes no reason to be found.
