U mean lft vs rt chf: Rt heart failure is when the rt venticle fails. Volume goes back in to the liver bed abdomen and lower extremities. The lungs are typicqally clear. Left sided failure is when the the lft vent fails . The lungs fill with fluid and the pt becomes very short of breathe. Usually pts have an element of both. Its important to determine which the pt has as treatment differs. Also need to find the cause.
