Diet high in B12: I am not aware of any disease process that results in high levels of b12.  Most light there is an abundance of B12 in your diet or dietary supplement.

Needs evaluation: If you are taking a lot of B12 then this is not a problem. If you aren't then I am sorry to tell you that high B12 levels can be a sign of serious health problems including liver ; kidney disease, myelproliferative disorders including leukemia ; polycythemia vera ; hypereosinophilic syndrome. Have you seen?: Have you seen a hematologist? Increased red cell count can be primary (bone marrow problem) or secondary (many possibilities, including smoking for example). Low B12 can be very serious. Get folate (folic acid) on board first then begin B12 replacement. Sounds like you need to seek help from experienced md. Perhaps a hematologist.

my b12 levels are always 1200-1300 and my alanine levels are high. does it neccesarily mean something is wrong with the liver?

Maybe: Elevated B12 means nothing. You're making more of the binder protein for some reason. Nobody measures alanine, but if your alanine amino transferase (ALT / SGPT) levels are up, you'll want to know why -- if it's not alcohol, you may have a medication allergy, a viral hepatitis, iron overload, Wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, or it may be your body's way of asking for more exercise.

How high: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, high B12 is not some thing to be concerned about. If you collected the urine sample without contamination with vaginal fluid, then you may wish to discuss it with your doctor.

Normal: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, Serum folate (folic acid) level of 20.1 is perfectly normal and is not a cause for any concern.

No: There is more than one way for homocysteine level to be elevated. Homocysteine levels can be measured directly and you should talk to your doctor if testing is warranted. In any case, folic acid is more effective in reducing homocysteine levels.
