It could be: Herpes but it is more likely to be just an abrasion. See a health care professional for an evaluation and examination to be certain.

For sure not herpes: No doctor is likely to mix up herpes with the kind of rash caused by jock itch (or its equivalent in women). And herpes outbreaks never last 2 months -- each outbreak always clears up entirely within a couple weeks. There is no chance this is herpes.

Likely folliculitis: Based on your description, lesions can be due to irritation from shaving.  However if you have had unprotected sex with someone you hardly know or with someone with a history of herpes then it is possible that your lesions are due to herpes genitalis.  Without seeing your lesions or more info, it is hard to say for sure.  See a clinician for examination, possible testing, and appropriate treatment

i have 3 pimple like bumps on my labia minora they all look like a zit with a white head i thought it might be herpes, im really concerned. they dont itch no pain when urinating or otherwise , just hurts when i wipe when using the bathroom?

Maybe herpes: From your description, this could well be herpes. Not all herpes outbreaks are painful or itchy. See a doctor ASAP: testing is the only way to know for sure, and PCR or culture test for herpes is most accurate when done with 2-3 days of onset, and any more than 4-5 days often is too late. Herpes: Before a cold sore appears the area will sometimes tingle, feel slightly raised and may appear red and inflamed.  This pain or tingling sensation is called the prodrome (or warning symptom) and typically occurs 1 to 2 days before the cold sore appears. Take an antiviral like valtrex (valacyclovir).
