Transient obscuration of vision is more likely due to a transient drop in blood pressure which could be from an electrical problem in the heart but not generally an intrinsic plumbing or blood flow problem unless of course the symptoms are strictly exertional.  Other concerns are problems with vascular tone including side effects of meds and dehydration

bp control
cholesterol keep at goal LDL 70 or below
hdl goal over 45 and total cholesterol 150 or below
exercise program
aspirin /and other platelet inhibitors can help too
beta blockers ace/arb as indicated
consult for help from your physician for guidence.

Balloons or stents: When needed (blockages &gt;75-80% of lumen of coronary arteries) they can be opened with balloons (angioplasty) or "scafolds" inside the vessels called stents.
At age 16 you should not be worried about blockages and the best thing you can do to prevent them is: do not smoke and live a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise and avoid being overweight
