Possible: Yes, sounds like a small cyst. It's not really common, buit it's definitely possible.

Not much but enough: Very little tissue is removed during an endometrial biopsy but multiple studies show that the amount is adequate to make an accurate diagnosis. The main purpose is to rule out cancer or premalignant lesions called endometrial hyperplasia.

Probably nothing: It is not unusual to find endometrial cells on a pap smear in the first 14 days of the menstrual cycle.  When these cells are found in women over 40, they may prompt additional testing, including an endometrial biopsy to make sure there is no endometrial pathology.

See below: The biopsy did not recover enough tissue for processing for microscopic examination. Your endometrium may be so atrophic that it did not yield tissue on biopsy or it may have been a technical problem. Please discuss the matter with your doctor to see if an other attempt at biopsy is warranted.

Endometrial tissue: Usually, endometrium (lining) thins out after menopause or certain procedures such as ablation. I am not sure what else can be causing thin endometrium. What are you symptoms and what does your doc say?

Hard to say: I doubt there are any good studies discussing the use of human growth hormone on endometriosis. Were you prescribed human growth hormone by a doctor? If so they would need to explain the logic.

Most likely: However, a d&amp;c  evaluates the entire endometrial lining to rule out any focal abnormality the biopsy may not have picked up.

i have had some endometrial tissue on my tissue when i wipe seems quite large amount i took 150 clomid (clomiphene) ad 5 18mm flicles do you think this is why ?

Not sure: 5 follicles of 18 mm is alot and you should probably avoid intercourse in order to prevent multiples.   But the tissue could be endometrium - however it doesn't really affect your chance of pregnancy.

is there a difference between endometrial tissue that exactly looks like gestational sac and the real gestational sac? or only the lab test can tell?

Lab test...: A gross and microscopic examination of the tissue by a pathologist is the best way to detect a gestational sac in a miscarriage tissue specimen.  A pathologist can sometimes tell by looking at the tissue if there are placental tissues present, but oftentimes fragmented endometrium can have the same appearance.

can endometrial cancer look like adenomyosis on ultrasound?

Possibly: Endometrial cancer in the early stages can appear as a widened endometrial strip on ultrasound.  This can mimic adenomyosis.  If there is bleeding, this should be evaluated by a gynecologist and perhaps with a d&c.
