Not cancer: It represents growth of squamous cells, that are normally on the exposed part of cervix growing into the cervical canal and is not a serious issue. Follow your doctor's advise about repeat PAP tests.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

PAP smear results: Pap sounds like it was normal. The cervix is composed of an endocervix (inner portion) and ectocervix (external part protruding into vagina). The transformation zone (tz) is the most common location for cervical cancer to form. Metaplasia is the change of one cell type to another and can increase the risk of cancer, but was absent. Sil (squamous intraepithelial lesion) can precede cervical cancer.

Good: That means that the pap smear tested the area between the ecto- and endo-cervix, the "transformation zone".  This is the zone where abnormal cells tend to arise, so the fact that this pap smear captured cells from that area is perfect, that's just the area that doctor was hoping to analyze.
