Autoimmune Ab: So ssa and ssb are 2 autoantibodies commonly found in sjogren syndrome and can be seen in lupus. Have positive tests does not mean you have the disease. In the absence of symptom description, the values are meaningless. Your doctor ordered them for a reason, follow up with them.

i had a positive ana of 1:40 nucleolar pattern and an   anti ds dna come back high at 6 along with multiple lupus symptoms. does this mean i have lupu?
