Yes: Yes, multiple GI complaints are common.  Extreme hormone elevations are the norm for early pregnancy and almost anything goes.  Not to worry, with time much of this will dissipate.  Hang in there.

Burping is common.: Classic pregnancy sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Constipation can occur. Take pregnancy test to know.

Tests are accurate: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test by 3 weeks after sex (by 3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a regular period or missing a withdrawal period.

It is important to see you doctor ASAP for evaluation.

why am i getting migraines during early pregnancy? should i be concerned? i have gotten 4 migraines in the past few weeks and they seem to be getting worse. i don't want to keep taking tylenol because i don't want to harm my baby. i am 7 weeks?
