Likely the cause: Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) is increased fluid pressure in the brain mimicking the effects of a tumor "Pseudotumor Cerebri". The venous sinuses drain blood from the brain. A stenosis (narrowing) of the sigmoid and transverse sinuses can interfere with free flow &amp; blood backs up. Placing sinus stents in IIH patients with stenosis alleviates symptoms in about 50% who undergo procedure

To the ER: I assume if you had MR venography that shows narrowing to full occlusion you have already saught care.  this can be related to a cavernous sinus thrombosis which is severe vision threatening condition. please make sure you  follow all the guidelines set out by your physicians. : Those findings of venous anatomy are just normal variants and there is no evidence of venous sinus thrombosis so the results are not abnormal.

Osteomeatal narrowin: CT scan finding only as you state. This is on the medial wall of the maxillary sinus and must remain patent for sinus ventilation.

May be nothing: Where are these sinuses? How were these noted? Do you have any symptoms? 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine
