i have a bad vaginal itch with blood. it use to be discharged but now its blood but i only bleed in the mornings and its no smell is this a yeast infection?

Maybe yeast, but...: This could be a relatively severe yeast infection, but there are other posibilities, such as allergy to a vaginal hygiene prodcut or even residual detergent in your underwear. It's important to see a doctor in person about this and not try to figure it out from a distance as in this forum. The treatment for one of these could make things worse if you guess wrong. Could be: Typical symptoms of a yeast infection are a cottage-cheese like discharge and vaginal itching. If you think you might have a yeast infection, try an over the counter yeast medication. If your symptoms do not go away after using the medication, you might consider visiting the doctor.

Vaginal Discharge: Certainly sounds like it could be one.  However, if it is not typical for what you have had in the past you should be examined and treated for the appropriate reason for the discharge.

Vaginosis: Most consistent with bacterial vaginosis.  It requires Flagyl 7 days.  See you doctor for treatment.

Yes: A yeast infection is quite possible.  There are over the counter remedies but be sure to see your doctor if symptoms don't improve.

Green vaginal d/c: Not usually. Please seek medical attention at doctor/urgent  for treatment today especially if there is pain. Check for GC,other infections. You may need antibiotics.

Vaginal discharge: You may have a yeast infection or some other form of vaginal infection, like Trichomonas, etc. Go and see your gynecologist.

Shouldn't be....: Fluconazole is used to treat serious fungal or yeast infections, such as vaginal candidiasis, so.... It shouldn't be the cause, since Fluconazole is one of the treatments.

OTC yeast meds: Any of the otc yeast medications are safe to use. If the problem persists though you should see your doctor for further testing. Other infections can cause similar symptoms and the only way to know is to get tested.
