: Unless the urine was obtained by catheter or a prepared "clean catch" it often contains such materials that are debris from the outlet. If your doc, who knows how the sample was obtained, was not interested in the findings I doubt it is worthy of any wory or a repeat.

Not likely: A better question is do you have symptoms suggestive of UTI and why was the test done to begin with?  Trace leukocytes may have come from the surface of the labia or the vagina, depending upon how the urine was collected.

Usually not: Trace leukocytes can be normal. However, if you are having symptoms your doctor needs to send the urine for a culture to make sure there is no infection. Have your urine retested and if it looks negative again ask for a urine culture to be done.

Sexual intercourse with subsequent cystitis or urethritis.
