Negative pregnancy: testing, is reassuring. The lack of periods, then would be explained, by lack of ovulation, testing for the reason and treatment are recommended, see your doctor.

Abnormal urinalysis: Leukocytes, nitrates and bacteria in urine with dysuria will indicate urinary infection and usually treated with antibiotics.

A routine SAMHSA-5: urine test does not screen for methylphenidate. If a specific screen for mph is used, it depends on the duration of action of the formulation you took &amp; how rapidly you metabolize &amp; excrete it. I hope that you heard yourself say that you're abusing prescription medications. Next step is to recognize that you need to seek treatment for both your addiction &amp; any comorbid psychiatric disorder(s).

Depends on the test: Some tests only screen for the presence of the drug, while others will actually look for the quantity of the material.Either way, if it was not a valid prescribed use, you could be looking at federal time for use of a controlled substance.Any level will fit the definition for that charge.

For antihistamine: Diphenhydramine is commonly called Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and used as a sleep aid and for treatment of allergies.  It should not lead to a positive illicit drug urine test.  If urine is testing for antihistamines, it will be positive.

Reliability unknown: It's hard to know the reliability; such tests have not been systematically studied nor submitted to the FDA for certification. Most likely a positive result is true, but you could have additional types in addition to the one(s) found in your urine. And you could have HPV of your genital skin that doesn't show up in urine.

Yes: Depending on the sensitivity, yes. Some cough syrups have alcohol in them. Tell the tester all of the meds you took so they can check for those and clear those off the drug test if it checks out.

Saw that online too: But i can find no evidence for it from any scientific source. The chemicals found in the plant do not cross-react with opiate tests.  I do not believe that it chia seeds can cause a false positive, but poppy seeds can cause a true positive for morphine.

Shouldn't: They are made of totally different chemicals even though either can make you drowsy.
