what do pinworm in stools look like?

Very small: Pinworms look like small rolled-up pieces of toilet paper.   Doctors sometimes use the "tape" test at night to diagnose them because pinworms come out at night and will get stuck to the adhesive.

i had pinworms as they were in my stool so i took medicine but i noticed there are what look like tapeworm eggs instead. were they pinworms or not?

MIXTURES: or MULTIPLE parasitic infections are NOT that uncommon!! You need a stool exam for OVA (eggs) and the parasites themselves...then proper TREATMENT (Often a sinfle treatment with a "Broad spectrum" anti-helminth (anti-worm)    will "do the trick"

Need exam of stool: Pinworms usually produce severe itching, particularly at night, around the anus.  A scotch tape test looking for the worms is the best way to diagnose this and is fairly simple.  No way to know what the "string looking things" are without some tests.

if i look really close should it be easy to identify pinworms in stool if they were there?

Check For Eggs: Pinworms can be seen in stool however many people do not see them until treatment has begun and passage of dead worms begins. Worms can be seen in anal folds 2-3 hrs after sleeping however another way is to check for eggs if you suspect infection: touch anal area to sticky side of transparent tape, then take tape to doctor for microscopic exam. Collect specimens for 3 mornings before bathing.

Need sample: This unusual fiber in your stool could be parasite, mucous, or fibrous material from your diet.  Direct observation, possibly with a microscope, would likely be required to make a positive identification.

Pinworms: It can take awhile until all the pinworms are expelled.

Itching: If there is no itching around you anus, especially at night, the "white threads" are not likely to be pin worms. It is nor feasible to say what those may be without a stool examination If you do not have any symptoms, did not travel outside the USA, you may ignore these.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

if i have not seen any dead/live pinworms in stool after mebendezanole dose does this mean i don't have them?

No: We often don't see the pinworms after treatment, though they are passed in our stool.  I do hope that after mebendazole, you don't have them anymore!

Enterobius: Unlikely to present in this manner.  About the only worm you are likely to see grossly in the stool would be Ascaris, and these are very large and usually quite mobile.  Enterobiasis, which primarily causes itching in the anal area is seldom without symptoms.
