Complicated Migraine: Despite the neurological signs / symptoms, a complicated migraine (such as yours) may not show any abnormality on the MRI. The MRI is not the "catch-all" imaging test. (It has fundamental limitations, such as in this situation). the MRI cannot tell us what your nerves feel, only if there is an anatomic problem. Hard to know: Glad your MRI was normal.  That's reassuring. Sometimes physical trauma creates subtle neuromuscular or ligamentous distortions that don't show up on MRI but do cause symptoms.
If you're otherwise well, manual treatment might resolve the symptoms.
Consider seeing an osteopathic physician, or a physical therapist with extensive manual therapy training including 'craniosacral therapy'.

Brain imaging: A 7 tesla MRI is not usually performed in humans, but reserved for research in animals.  In any case, it is not likely to see anything that was not evident on a 1.5 t mri.

Nonspecific: Scattered white spots confined to the white matter of the brain are fairly common and not specific for a certain disease.  White spots in a person less than 50 yrs. Old, however,  are usually abnormal and may be seen with multiple sclerosis among many other entities.  As one ages, these are more likely due to tiny arterial blockages and are fairly common in people over 70 yrs. Old.

A clinical psycholo-: -gist can help w/a treatment called systematic desensitization or self hypnosis training.  If time and circumstances do not allow, practice visualizing the process, backing off and relaxing, then doing it again. Belly breathing is effective, not just chest breathing but don't hyperventilate. Like many things, it easier than you think. Peace and good health.

Better: To talk about what is bothering you with your doctor and the two of you can decide together whether imaging is needed. Imaging should be performed to answer a specific question.
