Pre-hypertension: Does not require treatment if not diabetic and does not have a kidney disease. Reduce salt intake. If you are taking non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs or bcp it can give you bottom number 80-90.

Abnormal BP: That blood pressure is abnormal especially for one so young.  Verify that your BP apparatus is functioning properly.  If indeed that is your true blood pressure two things come to mind: aortic insufficiency which is a back flow of blood across the aortic valve or severe anaemia.  Please see your doctor about your blood pressure.

: Either systolic or diastolic # is high then hypertension is confirmed. They may not need to be high in parallel. Systolic pressure of 130 or higher is now defined as hypertension at your age so systolic hypertension is present. You should see a doctor, have blood pressure checked manually x 2 visits for confirmation. Heart exam should be done because of the relatively low diastolic #. Good luck.

Blood pressure: This is still considered high blood pressure. Are you very stressed? Make sure you are relaxed when taking it, and use different machines for readings.
