i'm 32 years old and 7 weeks pregnant. my ca125 is over than 1400, i don't know what it means,and really scared. can this affect to my pregnancy? or because of my pregnancy so this ca125 is high? is it normal ca125 is over than 1400 for a pregnant woman?

Why tested?: Are you sure it was a CA125 or did you mean BHCG? CA-125 is a blood test done to assess the risk for ovarian cancer in specific cases. It is not a typical test to be done during pregnancy. During  pregnancy it does not correlate well to cancer risk because of hormonal changes. If this test was ordered then there is likely a specific reason. Contact the ordering physician to interpret the results.

NO: As a screening marker for ovarian cancer this test is of no use. It can be elevated in women with conditions such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and uterine fibroids  to name a few. Its true utility is in monitoring for cancer recurrence.

Nothing out of..: ...Context.  Ca.125 is used to follow up response to treatment in patients with cancer of the ovary but a slightly elevated level can come from non malignant causes (and it can be normal even if there is cancer). It is not considered a screening test. Whoever ordered it probably had very valid reasons to do so and i'm sure he/she can explain its implications to you in the proper context. Best 2u.

: I would ask the lab doing the testing: given my family history (or not) and my age and gender how likely is it that the results mean I have GI cancer.

Likely endometrioma: At your age, ovarian cancer would be exceedingly rare.  Ca-125 levels can be elevated in young women for a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with cancer.  Nasopharyngeal cancer and ovarian have no relation to each other.  Your doctor should tell you what features or characteristics the ovarian cyst has, this will tell you what kind of cyst it is. ast is normal at 23, alt slightly elevated at 42, b12 at 1183, folate and others normal.  ca 125 was normal at 9.  (did drink alcohol 4 days prior to blood work, but typically drink once a week).  are these levels indicative of cancer?

: Not indicative, not ruling out it either. When a tumor marker is checked like in your case, the ordering physician would be best to place it in clinical context and remains your best reference. The slight bump in ALT may be from alcohol, try to abstain for at least a week prior to next blood draw.

Incomplete info: Why did you have the test done? All lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the test is usually in the best position to do that. Ca 125 is not a good test to diagnose a primary illness.
