i have a pain in between my rib cages where it v's at the top. it feels like a knot and hurts when i apply pressure to it. i am only 19. ?

Subcutaneous emphysema: This sounds like it could be subcutaneous emphysema. Gas gets trapped under the skin, could be a collapsed lung or rib fracture but infections can do this  as well. Most of the conditions that cause subcutaneous emphysema are very severe, and you are likely already being treated by a doctor. Sometimes a hospital stay is needed, especially if due to an infection. I would get seen now.

Possible costochondr: You ust be examined and have your chest palpated by your physician. This may be an inflammation of the chest wall or rib cartilages. You may need a chest xray for further evaluation.

Happens...: It's typically nothing serious. The connective tissue around the ribs can 'pop' like any other joint. It's kind like popping your finger joints. As long as there's no pain and there are no differences, it's not usually anything to worry about.

Armpit soreness: Armpit soreness is most often a skin irritation. Deodorants are the likely cause. A second common cause is sweat that becomes sticky and then creates clogged pores. Deodorants also cause clogged pores. I recommend you wash with antibacterial soap repeatedly. If redness is present or if a bump or abscess is present, you will need an exam.

Rib cage: Since there is discomfort with motion these  May be due to an inflammation/irritation of an intercostal muscle or pinched intercostal nerve which runs between two ribs.Is there a history of injury or strain? A lung or breast cause doesn't seem likely. Since your are 3 weeks old, I think it's time you have your physician examine you.
