Rib cage: Since there is discomfort with motion these May be due to an inflammation/irritation of an intercostal muscle or pinched intercostal nerve which runs between two ribs.Is there a history of injury or strain? A lung or breast cause doesn't seem likely. Since your are 3 weeks old, I think it's time you have your physician examine you.
