Salpingitis: Salingitis is an infection/inflammation of the fallopian tubes.  Infection can potentially cause scarring which can add to pelvic pain.  I would recommend a pelvic examination because there could be other causes of pelvic pain unrelated to the salpingitis.

Pelvic Pain 34: Weeks could mean lots of things.  If you are not having a new discharge then it likely isn't an infection.  It could be the baby pressing down on your pelvis.  It could be your pelvis starting to change to get ready for the baby to be born.  You could be having some swelling in your pelvis as baby pushes on the blood vessels.  Best to check with your OB.

Need more info: Minor, transient pelvic pain on day of ovulation may be due to the ovulation itself. Sometimes some mild uterine cramping can occur. Having intercourse on your fertile days is the goal if you are trying to conceive but it's not a guarantee of conceiving.  Conception rates are about 10-14% per cycle.

Urine color: Unfortunately, it is very hard to judge based on the color of your urine. It may be an infection, but it may be not. The only way would be to do a urine test.

Many possibilities: There are several possibilities here and many are potentially serious. At your age (19), I would worry most about pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which is an STD problem, assuming you're sexually active. But endometriosis, tumors, or various hormone problems are possible. See a doctor ASAP -- do it immediately if you have fever or abdominal pain is bad. Good luck!
