Yes : If you vomited shortly after taking your Plan B pill, it is very likely that it did not got in your system to be effective. If your goal is to not get pregnant, then you should retake it.  If you take Plan B one-step within 24 hours, it is about 95% effective. If you take it within 72 hours Plan B one-step can reduce the risk of pregnancy by up to 89%. After 5 days, likely to be ineffective.

Probably not: Even though it's very very rare you can still get pregnant with an IUD in place. Fatigue, nausea and cramps are all common symptoms during menses. If you are still worried, take a home pregnancy test, if positive see your doctor right away as if you are pregnant there is a higher likelihood it is in the wrong place if you have an IUD.
