See your doctor: Ordinarily, a lymph node present for 3 weeks in an otherwise healthy individual is not concerning. Although still unlikely, your history of ulcerative colitis and use of immune suppression puts you in a higher risk group for lymphoma. I would recommend seeing your doctor for an evaluation of the lymph node.

See your doctor!: Hi. Please see your doctor sooner than later. You may need a lymph nod biopsy. Humira (adalimumab) is a great drug, but is an immunosuppressant, and may increase the risk of various infections and malignancies. Please don&#x27;t ignore this! Good luck!

Do not worry: My advice to all my patients is "Do not worry, but verify" -that is, if something is out of the ordinary, do not ignore it, BUT instead of worrying about the "What if's ?" see your Dr and get your concerns addressed. Having lymph node swelling while on Humira is a fairly common side effect (1-10% reported), while lymphoma is rare (&lt;0.1%). Still, see your Dr if swelling remains after the infection.

Hmmm: Enlarged versus blocked?  Antibiotics it resolution of the source of the enlargement would be the treatment.  Feel better.

Inflammation: Swollen lymphnodes are caused by things that cause inflamation.  This can be infectious: viral or bacterial, chemical exposure, allergies.  Tumors can cause swelling: lymphoma or metestatic turmors.

You're better: It means that what ever was causing the swollen gland has resolved and the gland has returned to its normal small size.
