It's you: One known cause of such minor lab variabilities is slightly decreased affinity between the receptors that bind neutrophils and the vessel walls. More are circulating because fewer are hanging out on the sides. If you feel well, I hope you will not give this any more worry. Nothing ever comes of these trivial anomalies.

No: The chances of HIV will increase depending upon other risk factors like unprotected sex, iv drug use from someone with HiV, etc but higher WBC has many different causes like any infection or medications ( steroids for example), etc.

: These values for a BUN and creatinine are normal. These numbers can fluctuate with your hydration status. Your white blood cell count is somewhat low which can be evaluated by your doctor to tell what type of white blood cells you have. This helps to know if you have a problem or not.

see details: The question does not make sense. Leukopenia is a side effect of Methotrexate but is commonly seen in lupus patients who never receive this medication. It can persist even when the disease is otherwise quiet.

: Foam in urine occurs for many reasons. If it is just that drink plenty of water and observe for a week or two. If you still see foam while passing urine (not in the container) see a Urologist. Re tests. Get a repeat urinalysis for sure. if still abnormal mention that to the Urologist.

UTI and WBC count: All infections raise the white blood cell (wbc). A bladder infection is one of the causes that can do this. See a physician to treat your bladder infection with antibiotics before it gets worse. Good luck.

Lab data: These two tests are non-specific indicators of inflammation and mean absolutely nothing in the absence of clinical correlation by history and physical exam. Whether the wbcs would change would depend upon the source of the inflammatory process if these were elevated.
