: If that bump is where the eyelashes come out, you probably have a sty. If it's on the skin between the eyelashes and eyebrow, likely you have a pimple. You did the right thing, keep apply warm compress every 4-6 hours for the next 2 days, no need for k-jelly.

This : This is most likely a chalazion which is an obstruction of an oil gland in the eyelid.  Warm soaks 3-4 times a day can help, but if it does not resolve, you need to see an ophthalmologist for treatment which may be medical or surgical.

"hard bump above eye: A "hard bump" in the skin above the orbital bone is probably a benign fibroma or sebaceous cyst.  See your physician or obtain a referral to a dermatologist for the diagnosis.

Allergic reaction: Itch can be a sign of skin irritation and not necessarily an allergic reaction.  I would suggest you take an over the counter antihistamine and if you are or have been recently on any medication contact your health care giver to see if you have an allergy to a medication.

Stye: You may have a stye or chalzion.  Try using hot compresses twice a day for a day or two.  If not better, call your local ophthalmologist...
