Chalazio: Chalazion or stye most likely. Do warm compressor for 15 minutes and do eye lid shampoo with baby shampoo.

Inclusion cyst: It is likely an inclusion cyst, which is completely benign. You can try warm compresses but if it bothers you your eye dr will probably need to remove it.
