You may or may: not be pregnant.  Your symptoms could just be from all the worry.  If you miss or are late for your period check a pregnancy test.  Best to wait until you are 4-5 days late then check a home pregnancy test with your first morning urine.  If your period comes on time then get started on a regular birth control method.

Boredom: Boredom is often associated with a fatigue-like feeling. Activity increases endorphins which help to reduce fatigue.

No single answer: Fatigue can result from strain, often induced by the need for optical correction. It can also come from general fatigue, especially if your sleep health is impaired. Dryness is another culprit, and this can often come from allergy or medications taken for other reasons. If not remedied simply by addressing the above issues, have your eyemd check it out!

Fatigue: I think you are describing fatigue which can have a medical or an emotional cause so please see your healthcare worker if symptoms persist for more than a few days.

Anemia,Depression: Patient needs full history and exam with some basic lab.
There are several basic problems that might lnclude these
symptons. Then patient may need more extensive work up.
If patient seems to be anemic or depressed treatment may
be started and followed to save cost on further test
also follow glucose levels.

Yes: Adrafinil is the first of a class of drugs in the "alerting" class.   Adrafinil is the prototype, available in Europe.  Newer (more expensive) analogs (Modafinil [Provigil] and Armodafinil [Nuvigil]) are available in the US).  The newer drugs are more potent--but all are very safe.  One rare side effect is Stevens-Johnson syndrome, which can be serious.  Watch for rash--discontinue if it occurs.
