Cartilage damage: Damaged cartilage of the ear creates the appearance of a cauliflower ear which can be repaired in some cases by removing certain components of the irregularly  shaped cartilage to restore the natural contour of the ear. In severe cases, grafting cartilage from the other ear, nasal septum, or rib cage can provide additional material for an advanced reconstruction.

See dermatologist: sounds like a wart, that we call condyloma accuminata. would see dermatologist for dx and tx.

i ate a whole head of cauliflower, i made it like a mashed potato.  around 1/2 hour later i got such a sever pain in the middle of my stomach that traveled under my wing bones, and it lasted for 1 hr.

Consultants: Caulifor is a gas forming vegetable which could cause those symroms- this sounds like gas trapping ; however get a consultant opinion and use simethicone tablets as needed for gas (pphazyne or gasx)-i would laso advise an abdominal ultrasound: er if symtoms worsen.

3 painful bumps on my pernium. not blisters, oozing, or cauliflower like, not crusting or scabbing, or forming a head, burns during urination?

Cellulitis: Painful bumps indicate inflammation, most likely infectious from skin bacteria. Put some Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment on them and take ibuprofen for a couple of days. You should also disk these with Epson salt. If no improvement in 2 days, see your doctor for a quick exam and assessment. You may need a course of antibiotic to treat.

growth on foreskin that started as a small white head looking pimple. kept growing over a few months and stopped at the size of maybe 1-2cm in diameter. now looks like a small cluster of slightly white tipped pimples in one spot. any clue what it is?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests a genital wart. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Be seen: Could be several things and information about how quickly they appeared, and other details are need. Warts can look like cauliflowers, but so can some other skin growths. Some of them could be early skin cancers, or they may be benign growths. Please have someone check them out. They may need removal or other treatment.

See derm/oral surg: Suggest you see dermatologist or oral surgeon/ENT. This lesion might be simply a wart, but you need to be evaluated for other dx's as well and treated .

hi,i have a small  smooth skin coloured growth at the top of my anus before my scrotum. it is soft and smooth and not cauliflowered. it's not painful but it's noticeable, causing discomfort. is this likely to be a genital wart or a skin tag?

Sentinel skin tag: A sentinel skin tag is usually results from a fissure or tear of the anal tissue following passage of a large constipated stool.  The tag itself is not painful, but the fissure can be uncomfortable both with passing stool and at rest, just like any other cut of the skin.  
Increasing fluids and fiber in the diet is usually recommended to help in healing but the skin tag remains.
