I've started seeing dark green chunks that resemble cauliflower when i blow my nose. these chunks have a very bad odor. i also have a bad smell inside my face and occasional light green discharge. does this sound fungal? what should i do?

What you should do is seek proper care, rather than trying to self diagnose/treat. You do have an infection. See your GP or a specialist ENT for examination, possible lab tests, possible imaging.
