Nothing specific: As you age and you hormone levels change, there will be noticeable changes in your body - unless you conceive.  Teh sexual activity itself will not induce any specific changes in your body beyond what one might expect from the actual sexual activity (some tearing of the hymen can occur, you risk for urinary bladder infections can increase, and of course the risk for std's is present).

: Contamination with vaginal material could be an explanation. It is not feasible to provide a more meaningful opinion without additional history and results of urine examination. It does not seem to be an urgent matter and you may discuss it with your doctor at the next visit. If the event recurs, it would be prudent to see your doctor sooner.

My body: I don't know what Althea pills are.  You can always take pills, but 1. what are you trying to achieve by taking a pill  and 2. what are the risks - what can happen that is really, really, really bad?   There are all sorts of ways to alter your body including surgery and injections.  It is normal to want your body to look like....the opposite.  I wouldn't want to risk stroke or leg clots for looks.

May be viral illness: Tummy cramps may be partly due to menstruation , but other symptoms -headache diarrhea and fever suggest more like  viral infection . Watch for 1-2 days if still having symptoms then see doctor .May take pain killer for headache and cramps .

Onece per year : Generally, one should have an exam every year. This does not necessarily mean a pap smear is required.  In the us we are doing paps every three years now between the age of 21 and 65. The clinical breast exam should be performed every year probably after the age of 25 or 30. And of course symptomatically, one should present with any abnormal changes.

Prolactin: Prolactin level rises immediately after orgasm. But it doesn't necessarily stay up after the intercourse.

Usually ok: Women taking BC pills properly, every day, don't seem to get pregnant merely due to traveling. Otherwise, doctors would hear lots of women saying, "It's weird, but I get pregnant every time I travel to..." For combination BC pills, a 3-hour time zone change can be ignored. For bigger time zone changes, a woman may feel safer transitioning into her "new pill-taking time" over a few days.

Bacterial vaginosis: Far and away the most common cause of strong (often fishy) vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. The odor is often strongest after sex. BV is more common in women with STDs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia or trichomonas -- especially at your age. See a gynecologist or STD clinic (or Planned Parenthood) ASAP. Your partner should be checked too. Good luck.
