Vascular: white matter lesions are related to microvascular changes in this disease. Headaches are not related to these changes and 4 mm Chiari is non significant !

: MS is not diagnosed by presence of white matter changes alone but requires clinical history and neurological findings as well. I'm not sure whether the white matter changes from migraine and MS are different from each other.  i tend to doubt it. . A neurologist would be best to educate us here.

: The  white  matter lesions, especially the T2 findings may be very  similar in numerous disorders, but the locations,  emergence over time, and patterns can help sort out different diagnoses.  There is no one lesion which would be pathognomonic of migraine vrs MS, but rather the films answering clinical questions, and supporting diagnostic conclusions.

I cannot make: an association between a "low" bilirubin and ANY disorder...however I can find a reference in 'Nature" that may be the report you are wondering about. In general such reports are rare. I would check out your questions with your PCP.

Correlation: You do not provide information regarding why MRI films have been done twice, but the description of the lesions suggests nonspecific findings.  Such lesions can occur due to head injury, smoking, inflammation, migraine, and even multiple sclerosis.  In absence of further information, cannot correlate further.
