Many possibilities: Besides lyme, ticks can transmit many other infections including babesia, bartonella, ehrlichina, rickettsia and other types of borrelia. The tick testing negative for lyme does not rule out other infections. But your symptoms could be unrelated to the bite too! see a doc knowledgeable in tick-borne illness. Consider seeing a doc for general evaluation too, ideally a holistic doc.

Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed. Exercises to tone your butt include Plie, Dumbell Squats, Squat w Kick-back, Single leg front raises, toe taps, 
Clock Lunge, Step Ups w Knee Raise, Lunge jumps &amp; Squat Jumps.

Continuous unexplained weight loss when other causes are ruled out may be due to intermittent ischemic attacks which may not have significant signs or symptoms.  Especially if other vascular risk factors are present, such as cigarettes smoking, family or medical history of vascular insufficiency &amp; advance age. Consult a vascular surgeon.
