Itching: yeast: Even after vaginal yeast (fungal) infections are treated, the area around the anus and vaginal opening is affected and can still cause itching.  Apply some of the yeast treatment to the area and the itching should dissipate. It is very rare to communicate yeast to a male, so intercourse without a condom should be no problem., unless he is not circumcised .

Hard to say: without seeing it, but many people have small skin tags in this area or even hemorrhoids that are completely covered by skin so they look just like a skin bump.  You can try sitting in warm water (or applying a warm compress) and see if it goes away.  Don't mess with it.  If it does get more painful or larger or drains, see a clinician.

Warts?: This could be hpv genital warts if you have been having anal sex.  Also could just be hemorrhoids.

Not sure how you can: see inside your anus, but there are many kinds of bumps from benign and nothing to worry about, to gential warts and others of concern. See your proctologist as soon as possible just to make sure it is nothing to be worried about

hello, i have tiny red bumps over my anus area, they appeared today and i tried to treat the area with glycolic acid cream but it caused it to burn and i removed it but can still feel the irritation. i think it could be some sort of rash?

: It could be a rash but it is necessary to see it to make a diagnosis. Was it itchy or painful before you put the cream on it? It is possible it will go away on its own, especially if it is not itchy nor painful. If it gets worse or spreads, see a doctor. Good luck to you!

: This may be entirely normal, especially if there is no pain or other symptoms. But impossible to say with certainty based only on this description. See a doctor to check it out. (Why are you examining your anus if you have no other bothersome symptoms?? Are you maybe at risk a particular problem, such as receiving anal sex?)
