None: I really think you must be hearing peristalsis - it is possible to have your bowel up in your chest if you have a diaphragmatic hernia.  You may just be hearing very loud bowel sounds (called borborygami).  There are no heart sounds that mimic stomach sounds.  I doubt your heart is involved.

Heart tones: The most likely explanation is that you are unskilled at auscultation of the heart and misinterpreting what you are hearing. Ask your Doctor to check your exam and perhaps show/explain to you what you are hearing.

Need EKG: of course, the obvious answer is you are in a dreamlike state thinking of a beautiful serene beach with your significant other and that would cause anybody's chest to flutter and feel dizziness. If that doesn't explain what's going on then, you may need an examination and work up with either an EKG or what is called an event monitor in order to rule out a rhythm problem with the heart.

this a pluse of 90 to 115 , will this hurt my heart in    future?doctor said my heart sounds ok , and there no reason to put me on meds or do test

Not necessarily bad: If you're referring to your resting heart rate, although that does fall a little outside the average ranges, it might not be indicative of a problem.  Often this is due to medicine, poor physical conditioning, or anxiety about being in the doctor's office.  The best thing would be to check your pulse a few times a day outside the office and see what number you get.  How old are you?

Vasovagal fainting: This is common in some people who are young. Treatment is lots of fluids and salt on food. If it continues, then leg stockings for a while. It rarely requires drug treatment.
