You had a tough fall both on the sacrum/tailbone, and head that will affect your neck, shoulders, low back, and hip, and make it uncomfortable to sit, or drive for long periods. No need to stay in pain. If you get dizzy, nauseous, feel like you're going to pass out, have a massive headache, or incredible pain, go to the ER.

Tell your doctor you're having them, and follow over the month.  If any lumps become hard and do not go away, you'll need to have it examined especially.  Try avoiding caffeine, sugar and unhealthy fats.  Evening primrose oil may help; heating pad too.

Questionable tumor: If the lumps are along  medial margin near spine which is what protrudes when one bends forward they for the most part cant be lymph nodes.  The latter are found  toward the armpit where the major vessels are.  U.S. cant dx lymph nodes and if hard one must consider possibility of  tumor or tumors of nerve origin arising from muscles of the scapula.  Should be evaluated for possible bx.

The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.
