No: Pernicious anemia is usually asymptomatic. There may be some balance issues in rare cases. Numbness and tingling are so non-specific that they can be attributed to a lot of other problems of which pernicious anemia would be way down on the list.

Muscle fatigue: Depends on what you mean by jumping nerves.  Extreme exercise, such as weightlifting, frequently triggers twitching muscles (called fasciculations).  The basketball game probably was the cause and it's nothing to worry about.  Caffeine also stimulates the nerves and causes twitching.  Vitamin deficiences could, less likely, cause something like that.  Probably not related to allergies.
