Several things.: If enlarge and full, it could be too much estrogen, particularly if overweight.  However, usually bilateral. I have wearing some inapproprate garments during mountain biking, giving me "friction" burn.  This is stonger possibility. If it persists, see your doctor.  A bandaid over the nipple should provide relief. I'm assuming no nipple rings!

Probably not: That does not sound like symptoms of TOS.  Men can get breast cancer just like women.  I would initially start out with your primary care physician and then even see a breast surgeon specialist. Esophageal pain: The left nipple pain could be referred pain from the esophagus. If your heartburn and pain  present for more than 6 weeks you should be evaluated by a  gastroenterologist. It sounds like you are having severe reflux with esophageal spasm and pain referred to the left chest area. The nipple needs to be examined to make sure there's no masses or enlargement due to medication.
