Lymph nodes: Swelling of lymph nodes is common from viral processes, bacterial infection or tumor.  Regional lymphandenopathy would likely be associated with infection, however, breast cancer in a woman could cause this or lymphoma.

Lymphadenopathy: Lymph nodes swell and fluctuate usually due to the inflammatory reaction of infection. Cancer at your age would be unusual, but not impossible. If it persists beyond a month, you should see someone who can evaluate it with a needle aspiration bx or similar diagnostic procedure.

Various things: Lymph nodes enlargement can be caused by various reasons- among them would  include- infection ( especially in the arm pit- infection of the root of the hair is common), inflammation, wound/trauma/scratches etc, malignancy - for instance- spread from adjacent organ like breast, or lymphoma etc.  Infection would be the most common, see your doc and have yourself checked. Many reasons: Multiple different problems could be causing swollen glands in the armpit ranging from infection to cancer.
Persistent swollen glands need to checked by a physician.

Many poss causes.: Sometimes this is lymphatic swelling, sometimes it's hidradentis suppuritiva. Have family practice MD evaluate.

: The Covid injection can cause enlargement of the axillary lymph nodes but only on the side(right or left) where the injection was given. If you have enlarged lymph nodes on the opposite side, that should be examined by a physician.  A lot depends on the size of the lymph nodes. This can be further verified by doing an Ultrasound examination of the axillary lymph nodes.

Dermatology : hey ask your physician to have you see a dermatologist to see if they can make a diagnosis about the armpit. I don't believe the other left Trunk symptoms are related.

armpit swollen lymph nodes caused by shaving.. how long it'll take them to go away?

Difficult to say: There are several things to consider.  It could be just run of the mill mild folliculitis...But there is also something called hydradinitis supperativa.  The latter is more acne like and takes far long to treat and go away.  For now..Stop shaving.  Make sure you replace the razor frequently and sterilize it in chlorox or the like in between shaves.
