Scuff/bruising: These are likely just broken capillaries just beneith the skin that will fade over the next several days. This can happen from minor trauma during such a ride, I wouldn't loose any sleep over the issue.

Sounds like: a mild folliculits (inflammation of the hair follicles) due to the RUBBING of your pants on your thighs. If you wear tight jeans etc ..this may be the culprit.
