Antibiotic ointment: It would be good if you can see a doctor to assess the burn. You should apply a topical antibiotic, like Neosporin, available over the counter and keep the raw skin covered with band-aid.

Burn apply ice: if you are able to treat immediately, apply ice...if later on, apply topical antibiotic and an otc healing ointment such as curel healing healing ointment...if worsens, see your doc
