Asd or vsd: An atrial or ventricular septal defect(hole in the heart) that is small generally would not cause a problem with oxygenation. Moderately large or large size defects however can cause problems with oxygenation.

Blockage: You have blockages (stenoses) in your coronary arteries, the arteries that carry oxygen to your heart muscle. If your doctor didn't recommend intervention (surgery or balloon), they must be relatively mild. In that case, life style changes with improved diet, more exercise, aspirin, metoprolol, and a statin are indicated. (and, of course, no smoking, if you do/did that).

Depends: The body is a finely tuned machine that adapts to meet changing needs. To meet body/muscle demands during exercise, the heart rate increases.  Anxiety often increases the heart rate too. Breathing will increase deeper & faster. Even at normal heart rates, lack of oxygen is not a good thing, but a teen has stronger heart cells can tolerate less oxygen for a longer period than a much older person.

Depends: In general a person can not hold their breath long enough to cause heart damage because1: a neurally mediated reflex triggered by the buildup of carbon dioxide is present and will override the breath hold and 2: the duration of time absent complete oxygen required to damage heart muscle is 15-30 minutes.

Need more info: Not sure what you mean by lack of oxygen to the heart.  I also need to know how severe the pulmonic stenosis is and whether the pressures are increased on the right side of the heart

Heart surgery: From what you have written - it seems that he was deprived of oxygen to the brain and has sustained some brain damage. There is not mush you can do except wait and see if he wakes up. Talk to your doctors.

Cause of HBP: My first guess is the person has been a smoker which increase risk of HBP.  Every cigarette increase BP for at least 30 min.  So if you smoke a pack a day (20 cigs) that is 10 hours a day and this may be the cause of your HBP. Check in AM before 1st cig.  If you smoke. Discuss with your team.

: In that scenario, like in any acute medical process,  it's possible that reflexive responses could result in the release of stress hormones that increase heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar.

Likely unrelated: It is very unusual for the left side of the heart to not have enough oxygen. This only happens with certain birth defects of the heart and severe lung problems. And when that happens, the first thing you notice is that you turn blue and have trouble breathing. You should see your doctor to evaluate your symptoms.
