Not related.: These do not sound related. Squishy sound in head is likely coming from sinus or eustachian tube.  This would not have been affected by anything less than pretty serious trauma. Gurgling is just that - sound of liquids and air being moved around in the intestines.

IBS: This could be many things, but most commonly could be irritable bowel syndrome.  You need to see your doc or a GI doc and get other more serious things ruled out.  Plus, if it is ibs, they can give you good info on management and treatment.

Think of it as the sound of progress. Without this food be sitting in your stomach and you would not be able to digest or absorb the nutrients. If you're especially hungry those noises are almost always a little louder. This is normal.

Avoid anxiety triggers, Avoid sugar!
